Camily Lovell is an internationally certified addictions counsellor with extensive experience in trauma-informed care and community-based recovery services. As Clinical Manager at Pathways Bermuda, she provides strategic oversight of counselling services, programme development, and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals and families impacted by addiction.

She holds a Master of Arts in Human Services Counselling and advanced credentials in addictions and mental health, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Community Care and Counselling (Traumatology). In 2025, she was honored as “Substance Abuse Professional of the Year” by Bermuda’s Department for National Drug Control and the Bermuda Addictions Certification Board in recognition of her contributions to the field.

Camily brings to the Board a strong commitment to ethical leadership, clinical excellence, and the advancement of trauma-informed practices that strengthen individual wellbeing and community resilience.
