About the Course
The conversation around psychological health and safety extends beyond mental health alone. According to the American Psychological Association, psychological safety in the workplace involves creating an environment where team members can: admit and discuss mistakes, openly address issues, seek help and feedback, trust that no one on the team is out to get them and trust that they are valued members of the team. When psychological safety exists, employees can be themselves, share the belief that they can take appropriate risks, and contribute to a thriving organizational culture.
