About the Course
The conversation around psychological health and safety extends beyond mental health alone. In a psychologically safe work environment, employees feel safe to be their authentic selves, and voice their opinions, thoughts or ideas without fear of rejection or reprisal. Employees are also more likely to take appropriate risks, ask a team member for help and discuss challenges as they arise. Most importantly, team members value and respect each other’s contributions to the workplace.
