This engaging presentation focuses on the concept of reasonable accommodation in the workplace and going beyond the legal compliance of the Human Rights Act, in order to foster a truly inclusive environment. Participants will gain insights into the principles and practices that promote equitable opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other unique needs.

This training introduces supervisors to using EAP Bermuda as a management tool. It instructs participants in the importance of early intervention, and the process of referring employees with job performance and/or personal problems.
