Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Movement Science with a specialization in Physical Education from Westfield State University (formerly Westfield State College). Over the past 17 years, he has been a dedicated educator within Bermuda's school system, teaching subjects like Physical Education, Information Technology, and Health. Eager to broaden his horizons and make a more profound impact, Richard is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University.

While Richard's passion for teaching is undeniable, he is now embracing the opportunity to step beyond the traditional classroom environment. His goal is to explore fresh avenues for positively influencing individuals' lives. With a strong commitment to personal growth and development, he is excited to embark on a new journey as a Practicum Student at the Employee Assistance Programme.
