This session is a practical and engaging workshop designed to equip parents and caregivers with the tools they need to better understand and support children with ADHD. It will explore how ADHD affects the brain, outlines medication options, and demonstrates effective strategies for managing attention, behavior, and emotional regulation. Through real-life scenarios, role-plays, and clear step-by-step techniques, participants learn how to reduce negative behaviors, motivate difficult tasks, strengthen routines, and build positive parent–child interactions. The session aims to create confident, informed caregivers who feel empowered to guide their child toward healthier behaviors, improved focus, and greater success in daily life.
