Ronnette Burgess brings over 20 years of dedicated service to EAP Bermuda as a valued board member. As the Vice President of Human Resources at The MarketPlace Ltd., she plays a crucial role in overseeing the Accounts Department, Human Resources, and Payroll.

With a BS degree from York University and a MA in Human Resources and Management from Webster University, Ronnette's academic accomplishments complement her versatile background in employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee compensation and benefits.

Her wide-ranging experience across financial, travel, technology, public, and insurance industries showcases her versatility and adeptness in navigating diverse HR challenges.
