Incivility in the Workplace: For Managers

This workshop is designed to help supervisors and managers understand their role in promoting a respectful workplace. Topics covered include diversity and inclusion, office gossip, effective communication, and bullying/humiliation in the workplace. We will discuss practical solutions for management to recognize, confront, and work?through negative or destructive workplace behaviors. Policy and procedure for confronting and documenting such behaviors will also be discussed.
